Property was under construction and organization to accommodate guests not well thought through by management. Many parts of property was in disarray. Bed linens had some type of red stain on them upon arrival. Room was nice and clean other than that.

The hotel was in a good location. staff are nice and polite however, I gave a two star review because we were not informed that the hotel was under construction, so nothing was available to use. We had a beachfront room which because they were doing construction right below was noisy and ruined the view.

The hotel was under major construction during our stay so Eve the lobby was relocated. The entryway was rubble so the walkways to get to the beach were precarious to navigate. It’s well located, the staff tried to accommodate as best they could and we had an issue with getting into the door of our room ( it jammed while Using key card si you had to push hard and try several times). The TV remote also did not work well and maintenance came but we’re unable to fix these problems. The room was lively and a decent size. No parking lot or pool was available during the construction and no gym either so we had to pay $58/day for valet. We liked the walkable immediate area along the beach so it made up for some of the issues but it will be beautiful once it’s done.

To start off this hotel is under MAJOR construction. NO pool, NO gym NO pool towel,chairs umbrellas for the beach. It was a third party company for pool chairs,towels,umbrellas. They ran out because it wasn't exclusive to hotel guest. Lobby and food area were also under construction. No internet TVs were not working at times. I was never told by expedia this was taking place. Otherwise i would have never chosen this hotel.

Pool closed due to construction main entrance closed due to construction tile in main foyer torn up, carboard taped to it to try and make it less of a tripping hazard area coordened off with caution tape through construction zone was only access to hotel. Paid extra for beach view but room just overlooked parking lot. $500/night. Terrible value. Should have been notified about construction and closed pool. Most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed at.

The property was under construction. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival. There were no amenities available. Pool was closed. Roof top was closed. Fitness center was closed. Atrium was under construction. Dust everywhere. They said they had moved the restaurant / bistro to M. When we walked in there was a guy sitting at a table on his phone that said hi and looked back down at his phone. This was in a conference room type area. They said they would have towels and an umbrella available but that was not true.

The whole building was under construction. So very noisy with no amenities. Booked months ago specifically for usage of pool. Arrive and Pool is completely shut down along with many other things. I’d skip over this Hotel if you’re smart. We won’t be returning!
