The office in front door were dirty. I was only notified on arrival that there was a one hundred dollar security deposit required which I was not prepared for because I was not notified ahead at time. Upon entering my room, I was hit with the worst smell of cigarette smoke and nastiness. Went to the office to complain was told.There were no more rooms available, and I would get refunded in seven days which was totally unacceptable.But I did cancel the reservation for this nasty smell.In the room. I will not be returning ever to an extended stay america. I travel often and that was the worst travel experience of my life.

The table was marked and the one side of the bathroom was rusting. The room was basic, there were clean towels. NO CUTTLERY WAS AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH.. a sign shared to ask front desk if needed. There is no breakfast area to sit sown and have a coffee. The price was reasonable
