I stayed this past weekend on a solo trip. Facility was very affordable. Facility was very clean. Front desk staff was nice and answered any questions. The area was good, gas stations, restaurants in close walking distance. Area felt safe and well-lit at night. Facility is about 10- 15 minutes from downtown area. I would definitely stay here again. Also the facility a short distance to Miami too (about 25-30mins). I did a day trip to Miami.

I booked a room, should have a king size bed and a sofa bed, but the room only has a king bed with a sofa. The property is broken, the lift lights on 5th floor were off no matter how many times of pressing, the carpet of the floor is moldy. Inside the room, the furniture is broken, can see the metal inside the furniture, the door frame is separated from the wall, liquid dripping from the light switch. The sofa is full of stain, all the metal in the room are rusty. The liners, bed sheets smell mold.The hotel phone is not working, and the door can no close properly, need to close with hard force.

Definitely disappointed by this stay. The rooms felt damp, the towels, sheets everything. I specifically asked before booking if having a pack n play or portable crib was available and they assured me they were and they were first come first serve. Called the day before to ensure we had one reserved and they assured me we did only to get there and they never had any to begin with. The hallways reeked of mairjuana, and if you turn the air down in your room they charge you extra. The only positive is that it’s next to food options should you need it.

The property is very noisy, you feel like you are mid field at the Daytona 500. The freeway and the street near by have heavy trafic and people who think thay have to race down the street. From 1 am to 3 am we had 10 or so motorcycles reving the engines and playing loud music in the parking lot. Staff did nothing to stop this. Every morning you wake up to more dents and scratching on you're vehicle and might be lucky if you can get into it. Best thing here was Dennys was next door.

Our reservation was not accurate when check-in I reserved for double room with frig and microwave. We received just the double then they changed us into a King room with the essentials that was wrong and finally we got the correct reservation room but woke up with a lot of fine little ants in the beds and furniture and the air conditionerwent out. We asked to have the room sprayed and a/c while we wer out for the day. We returned to the room and nothing was done. We asked to be moved to another room was told that that they couldn't due to management policy but it wasn't our problem for the inconvenience and we went through the whole thing again with the rooms in finding a room to accommodate my reservation. My daughter did take pictures. I will definitely keep In mind to check every inch of my living space next time I make an reservation at any hotel.

The only good thing about it is that tje highway is close. No pool. Breakfast is limited. A lot of construction work. Had to change room because the 1st one was flooded with water from the AC and smelled like mildew. Had to request a fridge. My key stopped working and the lady at the front was rude and SNATCHED it out my hand for whatever reason. And i told her she was rude for that. I wouldn't stay again.

One of the rooms was covered in mold, the desk attendant moved us to a room that still smelled like mold but there wasn’t any visible mold. Every floors lobby/elevator area was littered with empty liquor and beer bottles. The breakfast was poor at best.

The room was not clean. Not in the sense the housekeeping didn’t work but the state was terrible. The furniture was old and worn. The chair cushions were old and dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and the walls. Other guests were smoking marijuana in and around the property. The staff was friendly but the entire property needs to be revamped.
