The property was ok for our 2 nights stay. Complimentary breakfast was good, but should have more options. Jay at the front desk was outstanding during checking in. However, there were 2 false fire alarms that went off during the night and that was a bit annoying. Also the shuttle to the airport arrived about 30mins late.

Extremely disappointing!!!

I called the location 2x to advise we would be coming in after midnight due to driving from VA and confirmed with the young lady and both times she advised it was fine. When we arrived at 3am and were advised no rooms were available & had to resort sitting in our vehicle. We spoke with the night audit person I think his name was Jimmy very helpful and allowed us to check in the first available clean room at 10 after being up over 24hrs

We have to moved from one room to the other, first room the TV doesn’t work, toilet bowl not flushing water. Transferred to next room but no refrigerator and limited plug extension to charge devices. Customer service are not friendly
