First room, tv didnt work. 2nd room, phone didnt work, toilet ran constantly. Only 1 of the elevators worked. Couldnt get room cleaned, couldnt get clean towels sent to room. Worst experience ever in a Best Western hotel.

We arrived for a later check in for a two night stay and let’s just say this will be my first and last time stating here. From check in to out was horrifying. We arrived at 10:40pm to check in we were given room 502 we get to our room and key card doesn’t work, we go down stairs she said ooops sorry I put 520 by mistake let me fix that for you. We get to room and it’s two queens when we paid for a king I get back down stairs and this is after 20 minutes they had changed staff and I spoke to a gentlemen this time and was stand offish and told him that we paid for a king he didn’t even say anything to us went to the elevators goes up and came back I questioned what this was all about and he said he had to check? I was like seriously you didn’t believe that the room was queens when we paid for a king? He proceeded to clam up and not speak much and handed us new room keys for a king room. The hotel is so dated, the breakfast was absolutely horrible the elevators were insanely slow and only one of them were in operation. Also to note the certificate wasn’t even hung in the elevator they had a sign over it and it said elevator certificate available upon request. Another red flag for us. While the bed was comfortable my wife noticed there was hair intertwined within the sheets on the far side of her bed and stains on bed.The toilet in the bathroom continually ran the entire time we were there bought this up to front desk & all they said was ok. There’s more but no room. Check Google

Location was convenient. The hotel is old, in dire need of updating. Only 1 of 2 elevators working; hot water not working at coffee station; even an old unsafe building sign at the front door; had to try the key card several times to open room door every time.

I hated the place and the only positive aspect was the lobby. The rooms are really small, not to mention the bathroom; the washroom was also located outside of the bathroom, which I find strange. To make matters worse, housekeeping did not visit to clean our rooms during our four-night stay, not even to drop us clean towels.

Phones need fixed!

Most of the breakfast was good. The bacon was basically raw. If you like it like that, great. You have to call the hotel for a shuttle pickup. They answered and immediately put me on hold. Within 30 seconds, the line disconnected. Between my husband and I, we tried for 30 minutes, calling 10 different times. Each time this happened. I finally called Best Western customer service. They gave me a case number and will look into this. Fortunately, the shuttle came by for another pickup and we were able to get a ride. This issue with the disconnecting needs to be fixed. I would've waited on hold until they could take the call but the more times we got disconnected, the more frustrating it became.

Won’t stay here again.

Very, very, very noisy. Sounded like trucks were coming through the window. Only one elevator working. For the price we paid maintenance was very disappointing. Every other guest we talked to felt the same.
