Every room opens to its own private balcony — four in total — with sweeping ocean, bay, and city views stretching from Hollywood Beach toward South Beach Miami.
Step inside through the keyless copper entry door and into an open-concept space filled with natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor flow from four sets of sliding glass doors. A striking hand-built moss wall by a local artist anchors the space, while an electronic dartboard adds a playful, unexpected touch.
Unwind in the stunning living room with a cocktail at the custom motorcycle bar, or relax with your favorite show on the Smart TV. If business calls, enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in one of the king suites. The second king suite also features a Smart TV with Xfinity cable and comfortable seating for reading or relaxing.

Ideally located in Hollywood’s vibrant City Center, directly across from ArtsPark at Young Circle, the condo places you in the heart of Downtown Hollywood. Step outside onto Hollywood Boulevard and enjoy an incredible selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping, art galleries, Publix, and Walgreens — all just steps away.
Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk is only a 5-minute drive or a scenic one-mile stroll. Enjoy ocean views, live music, and beachfront dining anytime.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from FLL Airport, 35 minutes from MIA, and 20 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino.
Free street parking is available in the neighborhood (just east of the building). City parking passes may also be purchased for closer street parking. A convenient shuttle service operates throughout downtown and the beach area for just $2 per person per ride.
