We were allowed to check in early, which was great. Lots of dining options in the area. Walkable to shopping & restaurants. Very large & clean room, quiet.

Breakfast requires enhancement, and I’ve noticed that the amenities which were once standard in every room are now missing. Additionally, the front desk staff should possess a better knowledge of the local area, particularly regarding nearby attractions — for instance, the main entrance to the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. I visited for a concert, and when I inquired about directions or local advice, I found them unable to provide the information I needed due to a lack of familiarity with the area. —Knowing you are located in a touristic place.
