Loved every bit of my stay here. Everyone so friendly, room so clean. Pool and restaurant are top notch, fitness room very functional but with variety of machines and tools. Would stay here again in a second!

Photos are deceiving of the neighborhood/building that the hotel is in. The hotel is a converted motel. Large rooms and nice beds. Showers and bathrooms are generally nice, but little to no counter space for your toiletries. Just two blocks from the beach which is great for morning and evening walks

Very helpful staff, the hotel has nice South Beach architecture. Recommend the restaurant, but the Rooftop bar/pool is something to must-do. Great sunset, great cocktails! We had great overall experience!

Boutique hotel, so expect a smaller hotel experience. On the positive side that means you will get to know the staff and they will get to know you for your stay. That means a smaller feel, with better service. On the downside that means less ameneties than a larger hotel. The restaurant is very solid for a hotel and the roof top deck pool is beautiful. Great location! On the downside, I felt the room was a little older and it showed some wear and tear. Think high-end renovations to a small beach resort from the 1950s. That is this hotel. Great service and staff will do what they can to make your experience a good one!

Have stayed in other Kimptons and this reminds me more of a fluffed up Motel than anything special. Low ceilings, poor renovation quality and nothing special. It’s a $100 night room anywhere else…

The word resort for this facility is an over statement. The facility consists of a 30'x30 artificial turf, a miniature golf, a ping pong table, a child size no view pool, and while charging $40 resort fee for their rooftop pool they charge for amenities including chairs, cabanas, umbrellas. They claim they have beach chairs by the beach. We went to the beach and were told by the attendants there that while they have an agreement to accommodate the Kimption's guest, but no chairs were available and we can right our names down in the waitinglist. surprisingly, when we offered to pay, suddenly chairs and a umbrella became available for $30. Our room was another story. It was located right in front of the a fenced area for bins and facing the workers' service door with plently of foot traffic and loud conversations. Behind the fenced area was the pool filter and pumps which was on at all times 24/7. There was so much noise pollution that we pretty much could not sleep. Inside the room was crammed up with two feet of hanging closet and NO drawers. The widow shads were down and the room was dark even during the day as being the corner unit on the first floor there was no privacy. We pulled up the window shades and all the windows were dirty and obstructed by heavy watermarks to a point of disgust. We have taken pictures that depict all that is being said. In all, this is a three star motel and not a RESORT. The photos they have posted on Expedia site are exaggerated and true.

The property is located few steps away from the beach. It’s in a relatively quietly area in the beach front strip which I really like. Walking distance to many nice restaurants bars and rooftops. Highly recommend.

We ended up here for one night due to a delayed flight. Although it was overpriced it is also a really pretty and elegant place, with clean and nicely decorated rooms, in a very nice part of Fort Lauderdale. If you don’t book last minute then I thoroughly recommend!
