Rooms did not look clean. Had issue with the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Waited for an hour and a half in the heat for it to get to our terminal and not stop. We ended up having to pay for an U er to get to the hotel. Hotel staff were not professional or friendly.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a shuttle from the airport to hotel. Was told to go to Stop E and pick up was made at Stop D. Barely made shuttle and shuttle driver was rude. Room outdated and all bottles containing soap, shampoo, and body wash were completely empty.

The bathroom has awful, mold, molding torn away from the wall and the hardware in the tub was old and chipped, old cigarette burn on the tub. The night stand had rings from the last occupants drink. The carpet was so old and dirty. I mean.....$250 for this old dirty room is ridiculous! I would not spend $50 for this place! Horrible! My next post is social media! I have pictures!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Air conditioner worked and so did our tv. We enjoyed being able to go outside where there was green space and walking distance to a few restaurants. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you.
