The room was good, it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. We had a fridge and microwave in the room, which was an added plus. The team at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I will be returning in the future.

Although there was a beautiful view, the property itself was very dirty. The pool had not been cleaned in weeks and when requested to do so, the staff looked surprised and made no effort to have it cleaned. The jacuzzi had green algae everywhere. My son needed fresh linen and I was told to come to the front desk to pick it up, as if the hotel doesn’t pay maids for this very reason. So, on MY VACATION this hotel wanted me to work. Please don’t waste your money here.

I called right after I landed it was before 10pm the woman at front desk said she was sending someone right the way to pick me up at the airport , she gave the location where I should wait and I went there , after 45 minutes I called back and she said they went there and nobody was there and another excuse was giving to me was that when I called they were already there and I missed them . After I spoke to the driver because the woman wouldn’t come to the phone he felt bad and went back to pick me up. When I arrived at the hotel was almost midnight , the woman took forever to help me and had a bad attitude towards me.

The hotel’s location felt remote and secluded, with limited activities nearby. The amenities were also lacking, particularly the outdated pool. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly and courteous.

The lake and landscaping next to the property was pretty; however the building was old and needed to be refurbished. The carpeting was worn, and the refrigerator in our room didn’t work. We had to request shampoo. I would not select this hotel for future stays.

Nice hotel. We booked for one night as we were going on a cruise the next morning. Comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Hotel is dated , but for a one night stay it ticked a lot of boxes. They sent their shuttle to collect from the airport which was an added bonus
