THE CHECK IN: We arrived at the Breeze in the evening at approximately 7:00, expecting to find instructions for self-check in. There were none, and nothing on site to help us access our room, or even know which room. Having no recourse, here we were with reservations paid in full in the chill of night. Then we saw another guest and asked him about how to check in or if he knew who might help. He made several attempts and was finally able to contact the motel owner. Nearly 2 hours later, approximately 9:00 we were in the room. THE ROOM: My husband and I pulled down the bed from the wall, which was little more than a pad on a board. Sheets and a light blanket seemed to be clean. Sadly, there were 2 pillows but only one pillowcase. Carpet was worn and dated, furnishings shabby and not feeling any pleasure in the entire experience. Room was poorly maintained. Last, but not least, I've never had this happen before in my many travels, and if nothing else was wrong, this is a deal- breaker...there was ONLY 1 bath towel for the two of us!

This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer dryer is outside and shared across all units. It costs money to use and only functions if set to an eco wash. I raised this with the host and was met with no reply. I would never stay here again.

Address is not clear so unit was not easy to find. Bathroom is old. When unit next door is occupied, it is very loud. You can hear every word. Lack of linens for bed. Neighborhood is run down.

pictures are deceiving, this is not a tall or large building with views of the ocean or city. This is a small converted multi-family home that's barely 2 floors and few rental units, where the water pressure doesn't exist (slow dribble) . It's adequately clean, nobody on site so you have to do emails, calls or texts to get a code to open your door/ to check in. No place to store a bag before check in, or after you check out. You can tell property owners do as little as possible and charge as much as possible to advertise this place as its some kind of "Villa" or "high rise" but do a search and you'll see its old building a residential area with no relevance to some of these exterior pictures on their listing. There is no city, or ocean in walking distance to even post pics as they are. Owner responded quickly, yea of course to avoid truth tellers. Overpriced completely.
