Additional House Rules:

No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.

Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.

Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.

Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.

Additional Suggestions:

Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep communal areas tidy.

Pet Policy (if applicable): Note any pet rules or restrictions.

Beautiful Property

Three couples shared this home on our recent trip to Florida. The home is exactly as represented online - clean, beautiful and modern. We found this property to be perfect for our needs as each couple had a bedroom with their own bathroom and balcony. The mattresses were all comfortable. We loved that this property was only 150 steps to the Broadwalk which made access to the beach and restaurants very easy. During this trip we visited Ft Lauderdale, Miami and the Hard Rock Stadium which were all easy drives from this location. We would rent this home again as it really was fantastic. For other families I would note that you can only bring one car. Since our group was sharing a large SUV this was not an issue. The internet is good but not great. I brought my laptop hoping to do some work while on vacation but the connection was spotty and staying connected on my work laptop was at time challenging. Since it was vacation it was probably a good thing but just something to keep in mind if you plan to try to work. My last suggestion would be an onsite binder with house instructions. Most instructions are by QR code. The stove for example has QR instructions which were difficult to open from my cell phone and you need those instructions because 6 reasonably intelligent people could not figure out how to operate the stove without the instructions which is a funny memory. Overall a great property that made for a wonderful vacation with friends that we will return to!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5-Story Condo W/ King Bed Jacuzzi W/ Ocean View managed by GQ MGMT CO, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This modern, spacious condo on the beach truly embodies luxury and fun. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Being right on the beach, we enjoyed stunning ocean views from the private jacuzzi on the fifth floor, and the inlet views were equally breathtaking. The condo itself is incredibly well-maintained and offers all the amenities you could need for a perfect getaway. The private entrance and garage were convenient, ensuring we had secure parking for our truck. Although we didn't use the transportation service from the airport, it's a great option for those who might need it. The private dock is an excellent addition for boating enthusiasts, though we didn't take advantage of this service during our stay. What really stood out was the range of luxurious services offered. From the private jacuzzi to the opportunity to hire a yacht, private chef, and masseuses, GQ MGMT CO goes above and beyond to cater to their guests' every need. The private grill on the fifth floor was perfect for evening barbecues, and the elevator made accessing all five floors effortless. Nestled between the Intracoastal waterways and a beautiful beach boardwalk, this condo's location provided the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. Beautiful!

Wow! Picturesque views, proximity to the beach, and pampered furnishings in the home…this place has it all. The beach and broadwalk were just a block away and all the beach gear was provided. The canal was literally out the back door and so fun to watch the variety of watercraft go by. The property and amenities were first class. We felt like we were in a dream.
