Täydellinen veden edessä sijaitseva Pompano Beach -lomanviettopaikka, jossa on lomakeskuksen tyyli lämmitetty uima-allas ja Tiki Hut-alue. Täysin kunnostetussa tilavassa kodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja lämmitetty uima-allas. Tämä kiinteistö on yhden perheen asunto turvallisessa, vakiintuneessa asuinalueella perhekeskeisessä ympäristössä.
Naapureidemme suhteen kotia ei ole käytettävissä juhla- tai ryhmätapaamisiin. Tämä ominaisuus on tarkoitettu perheille ja kypsille aikuisille. Emme vuokraa alle 25-vuotiaita tai opiskelijaryhmiä.

Koti on täynnä päivitettyjä mukavuuksia, kuten täysin varustettu keittiö, keskusilmastointi, kodin pesula, kaapeli / ilmainen Wi-Fi ja avoin oleskelutila ja ruokailutila. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, taulutelevisio ja pääsy uima-altaalle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja pääsy uima-altaalle. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 1 täysi sänky, 1 queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Pompano Beach. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was great—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was incredibly convenient for everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the pool—it was perfectly heated, almost like bath water, making it enjoyable any time of day.We also loved being able to fish right off the dock, which turned out to be such a fun bonus (hotdogs worked surprisingly well as bait!). The outdoor seating area was amazing, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind while still feeling very private.We would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described. The backyard is INCREDIBLE! The whole atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. We loved everything. The kids especially loved how the pool was heated perfectly for them! The owner is so kind and is great with communication. We will definitely be back and staying here again. Irina and Igor are great hosts, they have been available at all times during our stay, to answer our questions and be reactive whenever necessary. The backyard is amazing, like shown on the pictures. Great place to stay with all commodities within a few minutes drive, easy beach access (Pompano or LBTS)!!

We had a great stay at this luxury beachfront home. The location was unbeatable a short drive from the beach. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.That said, a few areas (walls, furniture, and minor fixtures) were a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or some updates. Nothing major, but it slightly took away from the “luxury” feel. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this amazing property. Everything was exactly as pictured. There is plenty of shade all day for those who don't prefer sun, but still want to be part of the fun. It was perfect. Wonderful and relaxing stay

Our one week stay at this property started with the owner himself cleaning and preparing for us so that we could arrive two hours ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that effort! The house is lovely, fairly well stocked, close to grocery store, and Pompano Beach is wonderful. We were a group of five older adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. comfortable beds. The outside area was great. I spent a lot of time just floating in the pool and enjoying the shaded areas.

Great Get Away

This property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The interior was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had a ton of seating so we could all be together The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the various sitting areas and the pool. The hosts were great. We willl definitely book this property again!

Sweet vacation

This property was so chill. The property owner Igor was super nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there even beach chairs. The backyard was simply amazing. The pool was the best. I would definitely come here again.

Great outdoor space and close to everything you could need

Great location just a 2 min drive to Publix and multiple restaurants. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again.
