Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.



Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.



Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.



Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.

The City of Hollywood has scheduled sidewalk and roadway improvements on Georgia Street beginning in early February for a limited period. The work is phased, and we’ll share timely updates and helpful information so you can always plan accordingly!

🅿️ Phase 1: Sidewalk

Feb 9–22, 2026 aprox *

The sidewalk and nearby parking (including the on‑site lot) will be closed. Pedestrian access and roadway traffic remain open.

🚶 Phase 2: Parking window and sidewalk

Feb 23–Mar 8, 2026

Work shifts to the other side of the street. The on‑site parking lot and sidewalk will reopen. Pedestrian access and roadway traffic stay open.

🚗 Phase 3: Roadway Improvements

Mar 9–Apr 4, 2026 *

The roadway will be closed to vehicles. Both sidewalks remain open, but the on‑site parking lot will be unavailable.



Dates listed above are estimates provided by the City of Hollywood and are subject to change due to contractor availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.



We provide a parking card for your convenience. Please note that if it’s lost or not returned, the building charges a $225 replacement fee
