We respect your privacy and have placed security cameras for security purposes only. These are located at the doorbell and outside the garage facing the driveway. The noise monitor is located on the backyard patio.

No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors anywhere on the property, including the backyard, patio, and driveway. No parties or events of any kind are permitted. Violations of any of the above rules will result in a $300 fee per violation. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our home!

The vacation rental is located within 1,000 feet of a school, designated public school bus stop, day care center, park, playground, or other private or public recreational facility where children regularly congregate and shall not be rented to nor occupied by any person who has been convicted of a violation of F.S. §§ 794.011, 800.04, 827.071, or 847.0145, or convicted of a similar felony sexual offense in any other state, Federal Court or military tribunal in the United States, regardless of whether adjudication has been withheld, in which the victim of the offense was less than 16 years of age, if applicable.
