Our host Gary was great to work with. He provided us with all the information we needed. There was an issue with a smoke detector which he took care of in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and could not enjoy the pool. We would recommend this property to our friends and family

We just returned after spending a week at this beautiful home. We definitely will be returning!The location is perfect. It's a quick Uber ride to many restaurants, bars and the beach. It's a great neighborhood and very quiet. Having your own private pool was a plus. It's well maintained and a very good size.Gary, the host, was amazing. He checked in with us sevtimes during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He even offered to drive us to the airport.I highly recommend this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed. You'll love it!

The house is conveniently close to the beach, dining, etc. while being in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well equipped. Nice patio on a canal. Good for relaxing after a long day. The host, Gary, was responsive and handled any concerns we had. Will go bakc when in town again.

Perfect family Oasis!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Perfect location. Hosts friendly and helpful. House was immaculate. Plenty of room for our family (grandparents, older teens) with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was the perfect Oasis on a hot day. Looking forward to staying at the property again!

Amazing getaway!

This house is an absolute oasis. The house is meticulously maintained and has everything one would need. The pool overlooking the canal is spectacular. But, the most important review is the host Gary. He was unbelievably welcoming and responsive to our needs. In all our years renting, we have never had such a kind and positive host!!! 5 stars!

We just returned from our most enjoyable stay.The house was perfect in terms of both its central location and comfort. It's very well situated for the services of the Pointe Dania Power Center. The road to Dania Beach is close, easy, and quiet for the round trip. Fort Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is easily accessible via Ocean Drive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the neighbors are pleasant, and the sun's orientation is perfect, perfect, perfect for enjoying the sun all day long, both indoors and out, and by the pool. The BBQ is very efficient for quick cooking. A real plus! Mr. Gary is very helpful and attentive to our well-being during our stay. He responded quickly to our needs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. We highly recommend it and hope to return; Florida is fantastic!Thanks again Gary
