This home is private meaning you are renting the ENTIRE home without any shared spaces. Location is on a nice residential street, and centrally located in the city within a 5-10 minute drive to beaches, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and attractions. Have comfort walking into this space knowing it is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every guest. We provide a FULLY STOCKED home, see details below. HEATED POOL
The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C , which is normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase to 90°F/32°C for the duration of your stay for an additional $25 per day to cover extra energy use. The first day will be free as the pool takes time to get up to temperature. Please let us know at least one day prior to check-in if you would like this increase made.

• Quiet hours start at 9pm
• No outdoor music past 9pm
• No smoking in the house

Guests are expected to follow all house rules, which are strictly enforced. Please contact your host with questions.

We do our absolute best to accommodate guests with an incredible home and service, which is why we have such great reviews. We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances. Please note 99% of our guests are respectful and do not incur fines.
- Clogged sewage in need of plumber: $250 (in most cases)
- Unapproved late check out: $250 per hour
- Unapproved guests beyond the listing max: $100 per day, per guest
- Unapproved pets: $100 per day, per pet
- Smoking in the home: $500
- Significant damage in home caused by guest: price varies

LIABILITY
All guests staying at the property understand that use of this rental property in Pompano Beach, Florida 33062 is at your own risk. The guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the host & owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the premises and waive and release owner, agents, and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from Guest’s use of the facility regardless of cause, even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the owner, or any of its agents, or employees in the installation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance and/or rental of the property, or from guest’s use of the property. Guests accepts total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of premises, and it is the Guest’s intention to hold harmless the owners for any injury sustained by Guest or anyone else, regardless of cause, while using the premises. Guests assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host. By completing your reservation you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver.

Scheduled Property Maintenance

Pool Maintenance
The pool and hot tub are maintained weekly on Mondays and Fridays. There is a skimmer on the side of the house in case of leaves or other outdoor debris that may blow into pool between cleanings.

Lawn Maintenance
The lawn crew is scheduled to briefly be on site once every two weeks.

Amazon
House supplies may occasionally be delivered during your stay via Amazon. If a package arrives, simply bring it inside and leave by the door, the cleaners will handle after your departure. If the house was low on supplies upon arrival, it's likely that refills are inside the box. You are welcome to open and use what is needed.
