The Sleep Inn was very convenient to the airport. The shuttle driver we had from the airport was super kind and informative of the area. The room definitely had some wear (cracks in the shower/toilet cover) but was clean. It’s also a short Uber ride (less than 2 miles) to the beach for a nice dinner and had grocery stores and other restaurants that were walkable. Would definitely stay again!

The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room and there was no avail to change rooms. Ultimately ended up walking to Walgreens to get benadryl to go to sleep because my allergies were triggered.

Quiet and clean, though rundown in a lot of areas (squeaky, shaky elevator). Breakfast is a joke. I’d recommend the staff act more like customer service people. The front desk attendant basically barked orders at me when I checked in and spoke so fast I couldn’t understand anything.

Well situated with shopping centers around. They offer shuttle services. Area is clean quiet. We can walk at anytime 😊. Most cities are around 20 min from it. love it

I stayed at the property before a cruise and I was good. Room was spacious and clean. They had ample parking although I did use it. The pool is small but enough for an afternoon swim. Staff at front desk very friendly. I would stay here again.

The furniture was dated, but functional. There was a Walmart Neighborhood market and several restaurants within walking distance. Crystal was very helpful, and so was Noel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was close to the airport. Room was clean and spacious. Elevator took forever, quicker to use the stairs. Breakfast had no protein only bread, cereal and waffles, plus a few pieces of fruit. Gym had a bike, treadmill and weights. Walmart is in the next parking lot. Easy to get supplies. About a mile away is a really nice boardwalk along the beach.

Front counter staff Crystal was very impolite and no patience to explain the hotel policy, like holding customer credit card for USD100 without explanation. And she showed faces to customer when asking her to repeat what she said. When I finished check in, I found my passport was not with me and asked if she kept it. She just flew to me without any apologies. While my other friend checked in with Molly, her attitude was very nice and helpful. I would like to address the situation to the hotel management and potentially prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.
