The room was clean, the staff was so helpful and accomodating. We disembarked from a cruise and were at the hotel by 10am. They allowed us to store our luggage and had our room ready for check-in before noon. The airport shuttle was on time and got us safely to the airport the next day for our flight. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay before or after a cruise!

The room could have been cleaned better. There was a dirty diaper on the floor behind the door, floor was sticky in front of the bed by the window, children's hand prints on the full length mirror & the light (in between the beds) was sticky around the buttons. We called for an airport shuttle, and they came promptly to pick us up. We did have an issue with something housekeeping missed from the previous guest. There was only one person on duty, who was apologetic but had to stay at the desk. Breakfast was okay, but as someone who tries to limit carbs, I would have appreciated some kind of eggs as an option. There is a neighborhood Walmart across the street, and also a Walgreens, very convenient. I understand that there's a beach about a mile away, unfortunately too far for us to walk in the time we had. We did take a short walk; it's an easy and pretty area for walking. Other than the thing housekeeping missed, everything was fine. I'd stay here again.
