Close by airports include the Fort Lauderdale Executive airport and The Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Miami is just 40 mins away.

The space
The Ave House has been thoughtfully renovated, designed and equipped for even the most discerning of guests.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have King beds, memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, plenty of storage and and smart tvs for you to stream with your favorite apps.
Bedroom 1 comes with a garden view while bedroom 2 comes with a pool and backyard view. Bedroom 3 comes with a twin bed memory foam mattress for a fifth guest and also doubles as a quiet work space with a garden view.
The well lit bathroom has plenty of storage and comes with all the necessary toiletries to make one feel at home.
Whip up all your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen then dine in the adjoining cozy dining room or outdoors in the spacious screened in outdoor patio.
Spend the rest of the afternoon lazing around the pool soaking up the sun on one of 4 loungers in your private oasis. Pool is heated per outdoor temperatures.
If you rather go to the beach just a short 10 minute drive away, then beach towels are provided for such a venture.
Your living room comes with a smart tv to stream all your favorite shows.
Be sure to take in close by local breweries and restaurants. Pharmacies, police stations, supermarkets, casinos, hospitals are all within a five minute drive.
This property is perfectly situated for all that Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale by the Sea, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors and Pompano Beach has to offer.
There is parking for 2 cars.
Guest access
This is your home away from home for the duration of your stay. You share the space with ONLY the people on your reservation. There is no other way to say this.
Other things to note
This space accommodates up to FIVE NON SMOKING RESPONSIBLE MATURE ADULTS.
You rent the entire house. The house is private. You only share it with the people that are listed on YOUR Reservation. No Events nor unregistered guests. This is a residential home with vey nice neighbors. You will be asked politely and if necessary, legally to vacate the premises if found in violation of rules and terms.

Pets are never allowed. Period.
