wonderful vacation at Pompano beach

The condo is at an excellent location, 10 mins walk to the beach, supermarket at the neighborhood. It is very well equipped, the patio is at a nice spot on the riverside. We had an excellent communication with the house manager. Highly recommended!

Great place!

My husband and I had a great time at Pompano. The condo was quiet, & clean. It was within walking distance to restaurants as well as Publix. Beach was awesome! Very nice unit for the price. Has all the amenities that we needed. Great stay!

Pompano Beach Condo

What an incredible condo with amenities and great location. The neighborhood eatery's were well within walking distance and great selections from breakfast cafe's, to finer dining...Flanigan's and the Foundry were awesome. The condo was exceptionally clean with everything you need...the king bed was very comfortable and being able to sit out at the patio table or chaise chairs with the channel right front of you was great. The whole property is well managed and maintained...encourage to see for yourselves, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a great vacation.

Nice corner property with a view

This condo was very nice. It was on the corner of the property, so it made the view nice. A good view of the waterfront and plenty of outdoor seating. Long boat dock and quiet. The host was very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would recommend this condo. The condo was clean and cozy and enough room for a family to enjoy a weekend.

Great place: Ideal location!

Half a mile brisk walk to the beach which my daughter and I enjoyed a 25 minute ride to visit with my sister in Tamarack, which is the person we came to visit. The unit was spotless and well taken care of and when something needed a small bit of repair the Property Manager was there in 10 minutes to take care of it! No complaints. We would stay there again in the drop of a hat.

Fantastic and cozy condo

This 2-bedroom condo has a modern look and is nicely decorated. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes everything you need to cook and take meals at the condo. There are 2 wash rooms, both clean and fully furbished. There is a nice terrasse in the backyard, adjacent the waterway, with table and chairs. The pool area is also fully furbished, nice, clean and quiet during our stay. A parking space is also available for people with a car. The condo is at 2 minutes walk from a grocery store and restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. The owner Rafael lives on the premise and is very welcoming and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone interested in spending time in Pompano Beach.

Perfect for our stay

This property was just what we needed for our Florida trip to explore the pilot training program at a local airport over spring break. It was very clean and convenient to a lot of venues to explore. We walked everyday to the beach, to watch boat traffic up/down the intercostal waters, to dine out, and grocery shop. Our favorite was sitting on the back patio, so picturesque and peaceful. We would recommend this property for your Pompano Beach stay.

Great Place to Stay

This is a very clean condo in a great location. It’s walking distance to plenty of things to do including a brewery, restaurants, the beach, and Publix supermarket. It’s a safe area and convenient to the highways. I would definitely stay there again. The host is very nice and communicative.

Well maintained apartment building and newly totally renovated apartment. Property manager resident on site. Both bed rooms would be improved by installation of blackout curtains. Also, noticed ants on kitchen counter. Ants are almost microscopic in size. The apartment was very quiet.

Perfect spot!

The condo had everything I needed and beyond. Quiet place. Very clean. The manager was helpful and friendly. Close to supermarket, many great restaurants, beach, and a great neighborhood to walk around. Will definitely come back!

Pompano Visit

Stayed to help transition my sister from her Current nod to an Assisted Living. Only time I reached out to Property Manager he called back right away. Nice property and location. Would suggest to have better signage or address on building so one can more easily find it. But a nice overall trip.
