The Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with an extra thick/high, brand new mattress dressed in fresh linens. The gorgeous, newly remodeled Full Bath features a marble topped vanity and large, custom tiled Walk In Shower. The Living Room features a large screen TV, and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two. There's a lovely, fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. The Dining Area enjoys an extra large table for four. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the building lobby, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
