The large eat-in kitchen is well-stocked and spacious, and outfitted with stainless steel appliances. A wrap-around breakfast bar provides seating for six, as does the Crate and Barrel glass-top table in the spacious dining room. A wine cooler and a built-in desk area add special touches.

The views from the screened living room lanai are of both the Bay and the Gulf of America. There is a large flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player in the living room, with high-end furnishings with plenty of seating. The bathrooms are fully remodeled with granite counters and Grohe fixtures. The guest bath has a combo tub/shower with a glass wall, a relaxing rain showerhead, and plenty of storage and cabinet space. The primary bath sports a large walk-in glass wall shower with a Grohe rain showerhead and body spray. In addition, there is a full size, front load, stainless steel washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. All linen is provided, including the beach towels!

The guest bedroom features a Pottery Barn queen-sized bed, along with a set of Pottery Barn twin bunk beds. A flat screen TV and a screened lanai overlooking the Bay complete this impressive space.

The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom has been appointed with a Westin Heavenly mattress. The screened lanai takes in both Bay and Gulf views. There is also a flat screen TV and a walk-in closet with plenty of dressing space.

Condo rates are based on 4 people. This condo will sleep up to 6 comfortably with additional per person fees, per week.
