The interior of this home is thoughtfully designed with spacious living areas, high ceilings, and large windows that maximize natural light and views of the Gulf.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage, making it a chef's delight.

The property features a private patio and a spacious deck, perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining and boasts generously sized 5 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for our guests.

You can enjoy amenities such as a pool and easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nestled on Estero Blvd. It offers easy access to popular attractions, including Times Square, Lovers Key State Park, and a variety of water sports and recreational activities.

Elevator is reserved for those with physical disabilities only and is kept locked. Let our office know if you will need the elevator due to someone in your party not able to use the stairs.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.

Beautiful house and great location. Loved the easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Management was quick to respond to small maintenance issues. Only recommendation would be to provide more towels and wash cloths. One per person is not enough for a weeks stay and having to wash them constantly is not something you want to do on a vacation.

Yes, pool was very nice! The property over all was nice, but the tv’s are in real need of an upgrade. The tv in the family room is so small, old and does not stream very well, time for an upgrade on tvs throughout the house. Wagons and beach across the street was great. No extra trash bags, need a broom for guest to use, ants became a problem as the sand came in with no way to clean it up. Need travel bed for babies and infants.

The Sun Palace staff was very accommodating during our stay at Island Grande! We loved the house set up and location-across the street from the beach. The beach buggies were great too! It was a very nice place for our family to enjoy a relaxing early Christmas vacation. The only things we didn’t care for-none of the remotes worked for the living room TV and the pool was not heated.(thermostat malfunction). Sun palace staff tried to assist us with the pool heater, but it wasn’t something that could be taken care of over the weekend. We didn’t mention the remote issue because my son had brought his laptop, so we streamed basketball and football games we wanted to watch. The house was very clean, and comfortable. Loved the view!

Very clean home. Check in was not the greatest experience. The management company failed to text the code for the door and never answered their phone only after an email was sent. Did they answer the phone for future guest reference? There are no amenities meaning no oil no butter no spices and one roll paper towel two garbage bags, two toilet papers per room no towels to wash countertops or dry dishes for dishwasher pods. There is beach toys for the children. There is umbrellas for the beach. They’re also is Floaties for toddlers and for babies and there are a few beach towels that was actually very nice all in all I would come back but future gas prepared to go to the store and buy everything you need! They were nice enough to include salt and pepper.

wonderful house

Almost everything about the house was perfect. it was clean, great location, beautiful views. The only thing not perfect was the slow WiFi but that is a minor.
