The South End of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed atmosphere compared to the lively North End near Times Square. This area of Estero Island features wide sandy beaches, generally calmer waters, and a more residential feel—making it especially popular with families, couples, and guests seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

Guests love the easy access to Lovers Key State Park, along with excellent opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, shelling, and spotting local wildlife such as dolphins and manatees. While the vibe here is laid-back, you’re never far from great dining, marinas, and island activities.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. There are Amber lights throughout the community. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon!
