What ruined it for us was the insane daily parking charge. $37 for parking because the only option available was valet. All of this on top of a $35/daily “resort charge “. This resort charges for everything - don’t assume anything is included.

Room was not ready for arrival had to wait an hour to check in. Coffee at motel 9 dollars for a cup. Food was terrible prices were ridiculously high random people charging to other peoples room. 500 dollar hold in the room for no reason. And also nothing open until 11am.

While I really enjoyed the property and found it to be stress-free overall, I did feel that the breakfast and dining options were limited. Additionally, I thought $37.28 for valet parking on top of the $35 resort fee was a bit expensive. There were a lot of additional charges that added up quickly. The resort itself is very nice, and the pool was great, though there is quite a bit of construction around, which is understandable given that Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian.

The property was very nice, however, for what the cost is the pool should be open later, there should be a hot tub and a microwave in room. And drinks should not be so expensive.

First, the resort is great. Room was nice, clean, and convenient to everything in the resort. The pool and beach area was really nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food and service at all the restaurants and bars was great. The only downside is that, unfortunately, FMB is not quite ready for “Prime Time”. Street construction around Times Square creates major congestion and there was a lot of noisy construction going on as FMB is continues to recover from Hurricane Ian. Overall it was a good expierence.
