Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

**Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee. Contact me to turn on the heater.

All outside trash must be picked up. Inside trash must fit in the trash can or be taken to the outside trash can.
All beach belongings need to be rinsed off with the house and put back in the shed before departure. Do not rinse Beach items in the laundry sink.

This was a very nice, updates house that has a great backyard area with the convenience of a pool and hot tub at the home. It included everything needed to make our stay enjoyable and is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers.

This home is EXACTLY what you would want for vacation with family or friends. All amenities are either new or of excellent quality including the beach towels - which there are plenty of. The pool and hot tub are so lovely to have on site but the beach is a 5 min walk and beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. are all supplied. The beds are very comfortable with excellent quality in linens. Kitchen is well stocked and the outside area has ample seating and a fire pit. Publix grocery store is right next door so you really don’t need to go anywhere to enjoy some R&R. Kylie is an excellent host and very responsive. Also there is laundry on site which is a bonus.

Great Trip!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days/4nights. We have two girls, 11 and 14, and it was perfect for us. The girls loved the pool, we were a short walk to the beach and the fact that the property provided a cart, beach chairs, towels, accessories, etc made life way easier. The house was very nice and we each had our own room. Fort Meyers Beach is great and the locals are all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

We had a great time staying at Kylie’s property. The pool and backyard space were excellent especially for our kids. We also enjoyed the ease and closeness to both the beach and a grocery store. The location and amenities of the property was great for our family with young kids.

Loved the Location

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean.

The place is spotless! Recently redone and well stocked kitchen. Easy to dine in or walk to neighborhood spot. Very nice quiet slice of Fort Myers Beach.

Great Place, Great Location

Awesome place with a great location on the island. The owners did an amazing job rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Love the colors, finishes, design and decorations. Top notch rebuild and awesome customer service.

Fun in the Sun

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The layout and location of the home was perfect for our family. Being provided with beach gear and towels was a plus. The host was attentive and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. My son didn't want to leave.
