Guests have full access to their side of the duplex, including both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms.
Outdoor spaces include the fully fenced backyard with fire pit, gazebo with table & chairs, BBQ grill, garden swing, and outdoor fan, as well as the front yard with tree swing. Pets must be on a leash in the front yard.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Self-check-in is easy with the Yale smart lock, monitored by the Ring camera at the front door.
