This one bedroom unit is on the third floor of building 2. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal when you don't feel like eating out. There are gulf views from the living room and the bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a sleeper which allows the unit to sleep 4. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are flat screen TV's and DVD players in the living room and bedroom. It is centrally located to all the amenities that El Matador has to offer.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

It was a nice property and the grounds were nice. The room itself could use a major update. The bed was uncomfortable, no paper towels, or hand soap. For the price I feel like it should have been a better room.

Family vacation

Check in was quick and easy. The guard at the gate and the girls at the front desk are very informative and so nice. The room was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach and pools. The location of the condos is close to everything but also far enough away to have peace and quiet. We had a great time.
