The amenities were nice, but the rooms were tiny, with no closet. Our room was over a parking lot.not mentioned when we booked. it was also very noisy all the time. We could hear our neighbors in their room. They also refused to refund us for one night when our flight was cancelled. Too expensive for what they give you. We will not return there.

I’ve vacationed here since 2020, it’s always been decent. However now in 2025 they’ve changed so many things that were once beloved. Breakfast buffet will cost you $24+ for 1 person. Coffee used to be free & now you have to pay! Late checkout cost $50-75. Everything just seems so money hungry around here now. It’s incredibly unfortunate. Don’t forget the resort fee you pay daily that you’re not aware of… until checkout, also a daily parking fee! Be sure to factor in all of these costs before coming or else you’ll be shocked & saddened. Bar staff and security are starting to be the only thing that makes these trips worth it, they are all amazing! - signed someone who’s loved the island hard for 5 years who just cant justify it anymore. ❤️ Hopefully this review helps a family make an educated decision.

The pools were excellent, and the bar in the grotto pool was a huge plus. However, the rooms on the second floor do not have elevators. I assumed that for around $270/night + daily resort fee, you would at least have elevators. Either way, we had a good time at the hotel.

The hotel is wonderful! Has lots of activities for the kids and adults. 2 pools, hot tub, restaurant/bar in the pool area. Restaurant inside the hotel, 24/7 gift shop, which was very convenient. Marine park is within a walking distance, there is also an arcade right across the road, with lots of activities for the kids, mini golf, go karts, and more. The staff was extremely friendly, room service every day, and we were able to check-in early!! Highly recommended! We will definitely go back again!

This was our first family vacation and we'll absolutely be back. There was so much for our daughter (8) to do along with us! We didn't rent a car so choosing a location with multiple food options was a must and even better with the boardwalk being a 2 minute walk for even more food and fun!! Singo was a great time and we loved the activities for the kids at the Grotto pool and the "Dive In" movie! Only negative would be the front desk lady was rude and so was one of the bartenders, otherwise everything was so wonderful!
