O condicionador do primeiro quarto não funcionou, fui transferido para o quarto do lado tendo que levar minhas malas... O condicionador no segundo quarto também não estava funcionando, fui transferido para o andar mais abaixo e, novamente, tive que levar minhas malas. Foi cansativo e estressante. No demais foi tudo bem.

Boa noite, o hotel é muito largado, café da manhã péssimo, funcionário do café nei um boicote carismático, só Daniele é uma outra baixinha, tem uma lá no café uma cara ruim só anda encostada um mal vontade. O quarto a cama muito ruim range muito e travesseiro desconfortável. Falta uma jarra de água no café, piscina falta uma atração com vendas de com petisco e bebidas. O atendente da madrugada foi excelente solicito quando chegamos muito antecioso. O hotel não pode ser considerado 3 estrelas seria bom reavaliação.

Não recomendo e não retornarei.

Hotel antigo, com pichações no prédio, cheiro forte de barata nos corredores, café da manhã razoável, mas tinha algumas comidas que deixei no prato por estarem azedas, a piscina das crianças tinha muitas fezes de pombo, achei arriscado deixar meus filhos tomarem banho nela. O Hotel está precisando de uma boa reforma e investimento.

Hotel com algumas discrepâncias com relação à limpeza do quarto e também quanto a conservação geral do hotel. Pelo preço que foi cobrado eu esperava mais. A localização é razoável na área de Fortaleza. Café da manhã razoável. Há moscas e hoje existem meios de espantar moscas numa área de alimentação o que não foi adotado pelo hotel.

A propriedade está com aspecto de abandono. Ar condicionado não funciona, baratas, quarto sujo com manchas nas paredes e piso, frigobar ebfejyjafo e vazando água no chão do quarto, colchão muito antigo e com molas estouradas que machucam as costas, café da manhã ruim, região perigosa… Pior experiência que tivemos!

A experiência no local deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. Um dos principais problemas foi a falta de estacionamento suficiente para acomodar todos os hóspedes, o que causou transtornos. Além disso, notei que alguns funcionários demonstraram falta de educação e estavam visivelmente mal-humorados, o que impactou negativamente o atendimento. Sugerimos uma revisão desses pontos para melhorar a experiência dos clientes. Conservação das instações precisando de reformas.
