Hey! Das ist sehr schade zu hören, dass dein Aufenthalt dieses mal nicht so glatt gelaufen ist. Gib doch gerne das nächste mal bei Check In bescheid, denn wir haben genau für solche Fälle Zusatzbeleuchtung...und wenn wir wissen wer, wie, wann, wo kommt, können wir dies bereits vor Check in vorbereiten...ebenso, wie zusätzliche Gläser :-)

Wir freuen uns tierisch, dass es dir hier so gut gefallen hat und dass du dich mit unserem Zimmer-Paten beschäftigt hast. Da wir darauf sehr viel Wert legen, freut es uns umso mehr, dass auch du darauf wert gelegt hast, zu wissen in welchem Zimmer du bist. Dass die Beleuchtung im Zimmer etwas düster ist "haben wir schon gehört" :-) - sind aber bereits an einer Lösung dran, wie wir, wo weiteren Lampen platzieren können, um die Zimmer etwas heller zu gestalten. Wir würden uns freuen, dich dennoch wieder hier begrüßen zu dürfen, um dir eines unserer bereits helleren Zimmer zu zeigen !
