My room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The room was a king, handicapped accessible, and very spacious. Jason, at the front desk check-in, could not have been nicer. Although my traveling companions and I arrived early, Jason went out of his way to check that our rooms were ready to be occupied. Jason was very pleasant and courteous, providing us with bottle water for our rooms.

Mattress was not comfortable, it sagged and did not give good back support. I have stayed at other Hiltons and woke up refreshed. Breakfast was cut off at 9:00 am on Monday, should be extended to 10:00 am.

Good things: Good coffee available 24/7. Buffet breakfast is fairly decent, although adding croissant would be nice. Off things: Room was convenient but I requested two beds and was given a King instead. The trash bags in the rooms are too thin. Twice I tried to take out the trash and the bag split open and the trash fell all over the place. Invest in some proper trash bags..
