The hotel is very clean. We have a dog and was surprised at the $75 pet fee. The highest I've paid before this was $50...many $25 places. That was not the real problem. Once we got into the room it smelled like cat urine...if it wasn't so late I would have tried to change rooms. It seemed to be in the barhroom so we just kept the door shut. We did report it to the front desk in the morning.

The GPS easily located Southpoint Parkway but the final turn on Southpoint Center Parkway was difficult. No light on the street sign and your hotel is hidden by one in front. I had to go to the dead-end and work backwards. It was new and very clean but I was surprised as it wasn’t what I expected of a Hilton.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There were some things that stood out; some basic upkeep of paint on doors. Also while I was aware that there would be a pet fee, I wasn’t informed until check in that it was 75$ non refundable PLUS a 100$ deposit. It’s just a lot to shell out if you aren’t prepared to do so. It’s possible I overlooked the amount on this website but I don’t remember seeing it
