There are numerous wineries and wine tastings (Majesty Tours), local shops, and eatery on Main Street just a few blocks from this home! If you'd like to learn more about this city's heritage and traditions, make sure to visit the Pioneer Museum Complex, which is less than two miles from your vacation rental. Every third Saturday of the month, there is Fredericksburg's trade shows featuring music, food and of course shopping.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
