Loved our stay. Will def be back. Only thing I would change was the loud mouth older lady out at the pool w/her granddaughter. People were actually leaving the pool. She never shut up, wish she could’ve taught her granddaughter respect of others, instead of listening to her loud disrespectful mouth. Everything was absolutely awesome!!! Thanks for such a great stay!!!!

My bed definitely needs replaced. I felt every single spring. Pillow rock hard. Update carpets to LVP for cost effective upgrade as well as easy cleaning for floors. Get rid of Direct TV. Television service was terrible. Upgrade TVs to smart TVs that can stream for better quality. Breakfast options need updates. The eggs could be way better. Do all these things and you’ll be able to increase prices and higher paying guests. Oh, and when I asked the staff about good places to eat in the area they told me there’s Apple Bees….educate your staff on the local area. Push people to local businesses for food and build a strong relationship in the community. You all got this!

My daughter broke her leg and dislocated her ankle while working in the National Park. She landed at the hospital in Fresno. I flew in from out of town to help, having never been to Fresno before. Our stay involved last second changes, chaos waiting for the doc to decide when her 2nd surgery would be, and oh, so many pillows. The management and staff were so understanding, sweet and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough! So grateful for their caring attention and understanding of our circumstances.
