The property was fully renovated in 2024 and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and direct access to the roofed terrace. A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is also situated on this floor and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A second shower and WC is available on this level. On the upper floor, a second bedroom features 1 double bed and opens onto the balcony, while a third bedroom with charming sloping ceilings contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the balcony.
