This recently built, modern duplex even has great mountain views. Relax; everyone in your group will thank you for booking it!

This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium duplex truly defines “mountain modern chic.” The living area features a beautiful rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and modern furnishings; you’ll instantly feel right at home! The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up memorable mountain meals should you decide to stay in instead of exploring the vibrant restaurant scene in Frisco. The attached dining area has room for six at the dining room table and there’s room for two more at the kitchen counter.

There are multiple patios to enjoy the stellar mountain views or watch the starry Colorado night sky. Other amenities include a spacious one-car garage, a washer/ dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Great layout for families with small children

Loved the layout and location of this property. Comfy beds and amenities as expected. Great to have in unit laundry and garage for storing bikes. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned well upon arrival. Floors and furniture were dirty. We had to wash sheets and pillowcases because of dog hair. There was also dirty silverware that needed rewashed and wipe down crusty cupboard handles. The property management refunded our cleaning fee but never followed up with a phone call as requested.

Week in October

We like the location and general style of the property. More than a couple staying will likely feel crowded. Bathrooms were clean and linens were quite adequate. Furniture is mostly basic and living room seating was not particularly comfortable. Many pieces of furniture or cupboards had not been dusted and we had to wipe down most of them ourselves before using. Throws and furniture pillows were "dust magnets" and we just stored them in a small storage areas during our stay. The garage, even with having been swept,was quite dusty and dirty and had not been adequately cleaned after the last winter and thus tracked in dust/dirt every time someone entered from the garage. There were several quite noticeable stains on the entry carpet steps and it appears that the carpet has not been cleaned recently. (Both these issues were noted to the management company when we stayed earlier this year.) This was our first week-long stay stay and it's doubtful we will rent this particular property in the future..

Beautiful condo with best mountain views on top floor. Walk to hiking trails, restaurants and shops. Lovely kitchen to prepare meals. Great location for hikers wanting to experience the numerous trails in Summit County.

Beautiful and convenient

Great summer stay in a beautifully updated condo. Kitchen had every tool available when we wanted to say in, and easy access to Main Street when we ate out. A short, gorgeous trip down the Dillon Dam Road took us to the reservoir and when we wanted the mountain, we were in Breck within 20 minutes.

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Frisco

This condo was perfect for our 4-night stay in Frisco. It was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the pictures. The only issue we had was the parking. The truck we rented would not fit in the one-car garage and the door leading from the garage to interior of condo does not lock so you could not leave the vehicle partially sticking out of the garage. We had to park the truck in a public parking lot about a mile down the road and walk back to the condo each evening. There is free parking on Main St, but only until 2am. No biggie, just know a standard size 4x4 truck is about 2" too long for this garage and there is nowhere else nearby to park. Everything else with the condo was amazing and location could not have been better! I would definitely stay here again (with a smaller vehicle).

Beautiful duplex in incredible location!

This duplex is wonderful! My husband and I stayed in it over a long weekend - it is beautifully decorated and just a block of Frisco's main street. Since it snowed while we were there, we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and everything really was just perfect! Would absolutely stay here again when we go to Frisco.

Perfect location

We loved staying right in town Frisco. The location was quiet and the condo was spacious and comfortable. It was also fairly close to the bus stop with service to the mountain. Finishes were higher end and included everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely consider another stay in the future.

Perfect ski retreat

My wife and I spent a glorious week in Colorado staying at this condo in Frisco. The location was ideal for driving to various ski resorts during the day and for walking to restaurants at night. The condo was perfectly appointed down to the heated floors and cozy blankets. We will be back!
