This beautiful 145m² apartment is ideally located 100 meters from the ocean and Formosa beach and near other top attractions, Forum Mall, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to unwind, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The warm ambience makes the space even more inviting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and cookware, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Both bedrooms are bright and well-furnished, each with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. One of the rooms also includes a desk, which is perfect for working. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay.

The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator.

Seaside São Martinho rises from rugged coastal walking trails to hilltop views from São Martinho Church. Hotels and open-air seafood restaurants overlook Formosa Beach, while chic cafés and cocktail bars cluster near Funchal Port. Fort Saint-Joseph is a centuries-old trading post and naval stronghold said to have hosted Christopher Columbus, and CR7 is a museum dedicated to local-born soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.

The property is surrounded by a perfect blend of natural beauty, convenience, and vibrant city life. Just a short walk away, Forum Madeira provides a wide selection of shops, international brands, and dining options. Nearby supermarkets and local markets make finding fresh ingredients easy or enjoying a traditional Madeiran meal. The stunning Lido Promenade is ideal for a scenic stroll along the coastline, leading to natural swimming pools and breathtaking ocean views.

Public transportation is easily accessible, connecting guests to the historical centre of Funchal, where charming streets, botanical gardens, and cultural landmarks await exploration. For adventure seekers, boat tours, whale-watching excursions, and water sports are all available along the coast.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Madeira Airport is just a 20-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
