Newnans Lake is 5 miles from downtown Gainesville and 7 miles from UF campus. Newnans Lake is a migratory bird path. A Birder's Paradise! This 1250 sq ft upstairs apartment overlooks our own citrus grove. You feel like you are in a luxury treehouse! Very peaceful and quiet here. You are surrounded by original artwork throughout the apartment. A memorable experience! HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout apartment. Washer and dryer available. Let me know if you require 2 beds.
