The cottage accommodates 6 comfortably with a fold-out couch in the living room for kids, there is a screened-in veranda and also a deck and pergola complete with out door dining table and charcoal grill. There is Wifi and cable with a wide screen television in the living room and another in the Master suite. The kitchen is fully accessorized with all new appliances and cooking utensils including a coffee maker and blender. The laundry room is on the main level with full size appliances, also new. The master bedroom has a queen bed facing an atrium window wall that looks out toward the lake. All windows have room darkening plantation shutters. There are the 2 additional bedrooms, each with queen beds plus a queen size fold-out couch in the living room. There is also a crib for babies in the upstairs closet.

There is a short wooded trail (500 feet) that leads to the lake and dock where you will find excellent swimming and fishing on a quiet cove. This is perfect for a weekend get-away while still only a short drive from Atlanta. Start packing your bags, the lake is calling.
