4 beautifully designed bedrooms feature cozy bedding and stylish decor. You'll find 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 4 Twins (2 Daybed/Trundles), offering a restful escape after a busy day exploring Gainesville. The ground-floor den supports additional sleeping by means of a pull-out sofa (which converts to a bed) and includes a dedicated workspace to catch up on those important emails.

Guests have access to the entire interior of the home as well as the exterior grounds, including the private backyard with a privacy fence, outdoor seating, and grill. There is plenty of free dedicated parking for your group 💙

▻ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

▻ We have active doorbell and exterior security cameras outside to ensure the safety of our guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

▻ We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and will notify you when thresholds are being reached for extended periods of time

▻ You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 8 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

▻ Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

▻ Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



🔔 Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)
