The old saying “you get what you pay for is true! When we booked the Staybridge in Gainesville, FL we thought it was a little pricey. But the beautiful and well kept property along with some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered made our stay memorable. The hotel is in a new area of town with about every restaurant available and lots of nice hotels - aWe were in town for a plant workshop but the host hotel sold out the block of rooms, then sold out two smaller blocks and the block at a nearby overflow hotel. I just got on Expedia and researched hotels convenient to our workshop facility. We were 7 miles away by interstate south of the host facilities…easily accessed in less than ten minutes. Check in was quick and simple, the personnel at the desk was extremely friendly and always asked when we were walking through of everything was good and if we needed anything. We found the breakfast area large, bright and cheery! Food selections were pretty standard - fake eggs but well cooked with sausage along with cereals, DIY waffles, grits and oatmeal…we were thrilled to find sugar free syrup - not something always available. We both commented that the quality of some of the foods was top notch and way above average tor hotel breakfasts! We wanted to give a particular shout-out to Pam who served in the breakfast area who was always friendly, accommodating and meeting customers with a positive word and smile!! We’ll be back!!!

Wow this was a great place! We stopped in very unexpectedly with 3 young children after a vehicle breakdown. Everything was fantastic! Plenty of room, clean, new and classy. Not only did they have free appetizers and drinks in the lobby but the free breakfast was way better than any other ive seen!

Perfect place for our friends trip!

Beautiful & clean hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with friends & everything was perfect - room sizes, amenities, etc. Breakfast was delicious & the area was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel but the pillows were so stank. Nice blankets too. But funky pillows. Also cleanup maids knocked 3 times from 10:15-11am. Even hotel manager called at 11:02 asking me to extend. So rude when check out is 11am
