Casa Perano is also located close to the route of the famous vintage bike race L’Eroica, an annual highlight for cycling enthusiasts.



This holiday home sits in the heart of the Chianti Classico, surrounded by wineries, castles and picturesque villages. The Tenuta Perano estate, owned by the renowned Frescobaldi family, is just a 15-minute walk away and features an Osteria for delicious  meals  accmpanied by  local wine . For wine lovers the selection of wineries in this region is a dream, ranging from historic estates such as Castello di Brolio, Castello di Ama and Badia a Coltibuono to small boutique wineries. Castello di Brolio is reachable by car in only 25 minutes. The town of Gaiole in Chianti with its shops, good restaurants, supermarket and bike rentals is less than 3 km away. Siena, Arezzo, Florence and San Gimignano are also easily reached for day trips.

The property is nestled quietly in the hills and surrounded by a large garden. Attached to the house is a south-facing covered terrace with a dining table, chairs and a comfortable seating area - perfect for shared meals and relaxing outdoors.



The house spans two storeys plus a lower ground floor. Inside, original terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings have been preserved, complemented by soft wall colours, murals depicting Tuscan scenes and comfortable furnishings that create a warm and stylish atmosphere.
