The prestigious wineries Castello di Brolio and Castello di Ama are approximately a 30-minute drive away. Food lovers will delight in the tiny hamlet of Villa a Sesta, just 15 km distant, which hosts two Michelin‑starred restaurants. A supermarket is found in Mercatale Valdarno (13 km),  whilst Gaiole in Chianti lies 16km away and offering shops, restaurants, and bike rentals.  Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano, and Cortona are all within easy reach for day trips.

The villa  spans three floors, and an adjoining cottage with a bedroom and kitchenette provides extra privacy for guests. A separate annex features a well-equipped fitness studio. A covered south-facing terrace with a large dining table and comfortable seating steps offers a perfect space for outdoor meals and relaxation.
