● Private pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of the home.

French doors open to a versatile bunk room with one twin bunk bed and two twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Two other bedrooms on the main floor offer comfortable king-size beds and calming canal views. The private penthouse suite on the third floor provides a luxurious escape. A sumptuous king-size bed, seating area, and private balcony with panoramic views create a tranquil atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach.

The ground floor offers a separate living space with a twin daybed, perfect for extended families or multi-generational groups. A kitchenette provides basic amenities, while a pass-through window connects to the outdoor barbecue area. The highlight of this floor is the epic game room, featuring arcade games, a pool table, and a dartboard, ensuring endless entertainment for all ages. A bedroom with two twin-over-full bunks and another full bathroom complete this self-contained space.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
