Gli Spilocchi is a property located near Gambassi Terme, in a small village that dominates the hills towards Volterra. Consisting (in the full version) of a renovated main farmhouse for ten people and a converted barn for six, this spacious property is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Furnished in a traditional rustic style, each building has its own kitchen, living areas and bedrooms, for a total of eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. A shaded porch and gazebo provide space for outdoor dining, while the garden revolves around a panoramic pool with sun terrace. Immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape of cypress trees, olive groves and oak woods, the villa enjoys a strategic position for exploring the Val d'Elsa, San Gimignano and the main places of interest in central Tuscany.

The property consists of two separate buildings. FARMHOUSE (Main house) — Some steps lead to the kitchen with dining area; living room with ornamental fireplace and two sitting areas; bathroom with shower; internal staircase to the sleeping area (first floor) with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; separate staircase to a second sleeping area (first floor) with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. BARN (Barn) — Entrance to the living area and service bathroom; staircase to the sleeping area (first floor) with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The property is surrounded by a fenced garden, bordered by hedges and accessible through an avenue lined with cypress trees. The garden consists of lawns, terraces and green areas, with a shaded porch near the barn and a gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, including a built-in barbecue. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the lawn between the two buildings, with an open view of the surrounding hills. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in sand-colored PVC with a travertine border; salt purification system; internal lighting; access via a Roman staircase in a corner. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers and deckchairs, shaded by umbrellas and nearby trees. An outdoor shower with cold water is available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
