It is a group of 3 individually villas surrounded by a well maintained and completely fenced garden. The sparkling, shared pool is located in a sunny area of the garden. It is overlooked by one of the villas, while the others are a short distance away on a lower level of the garden. The gardens include a large sunny, flat area, ideal for ball games, and a pretty shady area with tall trees.

About the villa

Il Casolare is an independent Tuscan villa with a wonderful terrace furnished with a large table and chairs, with a terracotta barbeque to one side. It overlooks the pool. Outside the villa is a second terrace furnished with a couple of comfortable external armchairs.
