This attractive, completely renovated condo is located in the northern part of Gandia beach, the quietest area. With beautiful views of the sea and the garden and pool area. Without noise and crowds but a few meters from the Plaza del Temple, it has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and leisure areas for children. It has a path to the beach from the building, you don´t need to crossing any street. The apartment has a living room open to the kitchen, surrounded by large windows with access to the sunny terrace, lovely in winter, with a table and chairs to eat six guests. The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two double beds, and a third with a single bed, for a total of 5 people. Two full bathrooms with shower. You will enjoy air conditioning throughout the house, both air conditioning for hot summer days and if your stay is in the cold months. The rest of the year we enjoy a very mild and pleasant climate.

As for its decoration, it has a fresh and modern touch.

Enjoy the 32m long pool, and your little ones in the children's pool or the playground. They can also get some exercise on the artificial grass tennis court. Undoubtedly, a perfect choice for holidays by the sea.
