The beautiful views over the residential area and the mountains from the private terrace are just great. They are the perfect company to enjoy a cup of coffee while deciding the plan for the day. No doubt, your plan will be going to the beach or to the fantastic heated pool of the building with a measure of 10 x 5 metres and a 1 to 1.70 metres depth. In addition, the pool features an integrated jacuzzi heated up to 30ºC. The apartment, located on a third floor of a building with lift, features an excellent quality, and a spacious living room open to the dining area, where you can relax all together while watching a movie or a TV series after the delicious lunch. The kitchen is pure luxury, equipped with an induction top, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets and a table with chairs in case you prefer to have lunch there. Located near the port, the fishing town of Grao de Gandía, is the perfect destiny during the whole year. The warm weather allows you to have long walks along the 3 km long promenade, in parallel to the shore, with plenty of restaurants, cafes or sea food restaurants.
