This hotel is less than 2 miles from the Toy Story parking lot to Disneyland super easy to get there. Even though I didn’t use it I like that there is a ART bus stop in front of the hotel that will come by requesting one in their app (ART App) Their breakfast was basic but good. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was alright, had a weird smell on the left bottom side, the sheets were dirty, and I am pretty sure there was mold in the shower. We did call for new sheets and towels and they were given to us!

This hotel is not how it was shown online. It really did look really nice online. However, when we got there it was a rude awakening. The room service was terrible. They provided 2 clean towels the next day but did not even bother to fix the bed.

Dirty room bugs, hair and dated. Would have left all other options were booked up. We booked for three nights. Took pictures showed the manager. We had a dirty king suite on Valentines :( Had to move all our things to a standard room with two queen beds. On Valentines :( No help with the bags. They require payment for parking with no valet. And the best he could do was take off the parking fee and give us one free night on a three night stay. Our refund was not even one fourth of what we paid. And that came from the booking agency. He could have avoided this review if he would have took off a second night like I kindly asked him to do. I am a Wyndham rewards member, use Expedia ALOT. I have stayed at places I would expect less. At this price and in this area you should be ashamed. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

It’s a good hotel. Clean enough although many things could use maintenance like paint, caulking, leaky tub faucet. Definitely would not have used the spa. Pool area was not well kept. Breakfast was pretty extensive. Towels weren’t great. Decent enough if you’re not paying a ton. The location was not as desirable as I hoped
