Staff was great! Shower pressure not so much Tub backed up ART shuttle to Disney was great if you don’t more than one kid. Shuttle comes every 30-45 mins. Kids must be seated for the bus to leave. Last shuttle to leave Disney is at 1230am Room service was okay. But they didn’t vacuum. Overall is was a great stay but if you have kids and decide to stay at the park from opening to closing, I suggest you stay on property or walking distance.

I had an excellent stay! What really stood out was how clean and comfortable the room was, it felt spotless and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This was our second time staying here in a short period of time, and we’re happy to report that it was another very comfortable and enjoyable stay! I think we may have found another place to stay when visiting the parks now. I can see why Disneyland considers this a “Good Neighbor Hotel”. Definitely recommend staying here!

Room was clean and beautiful, the common areas very nice, and in a safe area of town. Parking and ADA room not ideal for those with disabilities. There was no help getting wheelchair up to the room with all our luggage and no where close to park the car to make several trips. In the room, there was absolutely nowhere to set a suitcase as no luggage racks were provided, the storage unit was too narrow to place even a carry-on sized bag, and not enough countertop space was free to fit a suitcase. This truly was a problem! We also struggled with having to lift legs over side of tub. It would be great to have walk-in shower for ADA rooms.
