Our luxury holiday apartment complex offers a wonderful panorama from the large sun terraces and balconies of the Stettiner Haff, which is larger than Lake Constance. The fantastic view of the sparkling sea will enchant you. All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail in high quality luxury equipment. Surrounded by large lawns and flat sidewalks, our seven holiday homes face the lagoon and face each other on a spacious outdoor area. Our prison terraces with seating on the cliffs invite you to relax with a glass of wine. Rooms for common pastime, wellness and fitness are available free of charge. Look forward to our saunas and infrared cabins. You are also welcome to register for a relaxing massage. A large outdoor playground with a climbing tower and play equipment, a soccer field and a large indoor play area await your children, which is also suitable for small children. You can also get together on our boules alley or indoor in our billiard room or in the common room for darts, kickers and table tennis. You can walk to the "Der Rote Baron" restaurant, which we run, in the style of aviation romance. It is located at the spectacular aircraft exhibition “Hangar 10” and at Heringsdorf Natural Airport. Fine food and selected drinks await you. During the day, you can get freshly baked rolls and homemade cakes in the bistro of our restaurant "The Red Baron", which you can enjoy with a cup of coffee on the restaurant terraces. The associated mini market offers you the most important basics for self-sufficiency in addition to coffee, milk, drinks or care products. In addition to our bike rental, which also offers e-bikes and scooters, you can safely store your bikes in lockable bike rooms. Our entire facility is barrier-free. Your dogs are welcome with us. In the direct facility we ask you to leash your dogs. Outside our site, wide fields and meadows offer the possibility of a safe, free run. The fine sandy Usedom Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the famous imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, which are eight kilometers and a maximum of 15 minutes away from us by car. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away. Nearby is the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the Haff coast. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for good fish cuisine and a place in front of breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Zauberhaff apartment (5-4)! This luxurious 3-room apartment on the first floor with space for a maximum of 4 people and a toddler up to 2 years has a living space of 101 m² and has 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped shower rooms. The large sunny balcony with 17 m² is in an ideal south-west orientation. The apartment is modern with an open living-dining area, large dining table, leather sofa and smart TV (incl. SKY). The high-quality kitchen, open to the living area, leaves nothing to be desired. Restful sleep in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and smart TV is guaranteed. The bathroom en suite is equipped with a walk-in shower. You can relax and unwind on the large, covered, sunny balcony with a dining table and two relaxation armchairs and footstools. The fantastic view of the water will enchant you every day! A parking space is located under the carport. Another parking space can be provided. You can use the WiFi network free of charge (note: available from mid-May 2020). On request, we can provide you with a high chair and a travel cot (additional mattress and linen for a fee) free of charge. In the basement of the house you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. The wellness and leisure areas (sauna, relaxation room, fitness room with table tennis table) are located in the basement of the house and can be used free of charge.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
