The very beautiful apartment Polte Busch (100 square meters) has its own special and unique style. In every detail, the apartment has been lovingly rebuilt lying in Ground fl. Pleasant colors, a fireplace and a rustic decor make for a special holiday at Polte Busch. If you want to unwind and looking over the terrace in the nature one experiences the harmony between this apartment and the nature. At night, enjoy the sunsets, you can enchant the tranquility and nature. The property has the apartment a modern kitchen with gas stove, two ovens, other kitchen utensil and ample seating. From the kitchen you enter the terrace where breakfast is served on the open air must be. You can enter from the kitchen to the living room via an open, broad and semicircular scale passage. There is the scale fireplace with seating. This room also has created a very large area and cozy. Ample space allows you a very pleasant atmosphere. Just In two-bedroom two comfortable double beds with bedside tables and reading lights are available. The third bedroom also with double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps is not directly connected to the apartment. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen. The bathroom has a shower, an additional bath, toilet and towel dryer. The apartment is equipped with a plank floor. If necessary, the bikers rooms can be booked with additional sleeping only by appointment with the owner. We offer year-round the opportunity in our newly modernized house the everyday stress behind and to enjoy the uniqueness of our originally designed apartments (with Wi-Fi). The house is quiet and close to nature, with us you have plenty of space. All apartments have their own parking spaces, storage facilities for bicycles and outdoor seating. From 2017 we offer our guests the use of the newly built sauna.   In addition, we offer sunbeds on the lawn, a barbecue, a campfire site with copper kettle and a smokehouse for use. On the ground floor there is a cozy eingerichtetet Tenne as a community room with fireplace, a large table and a small selection of books. Children can get fresh chicken eggs from our nests at our neighbor's. For swimming our guests drive to the Baltic Sea resorts to Sellin or Binz, or to the bathing areas of Greifswalder Bodden. About routes, you can explore the area, bicycles can be rented for a fee also with us! As service scope, we offer a transfer from Stralsund train station or mountains. We look forward to welcoming you soon in our house.
